James L. Condon, age 70 years, passed away January 14, 2018 in Republican City. Jim was born on July 6, 1947, in Aurora, to John and Hazel (Olsen) Condon. The 2017 Russ Swanson Outstanding Bandsman Award was presented this year to Paige DeDecker! This award was renamed in 2012 in Russ Swanson’s honor. You are invited to attend a reception for the current band members and alumni following the the Cornhusker Marching Band Highlights Concert on Saturday, December 9. The concert begins at 7:30 pm at the Lied Center for Performing Arts. The reception will be in the concession area.
