The Band Alumni Association, Inc.’s reunion weekend will be September 1-2, 2017. The game on Saturday is UNL vs. Arkansas State. More information will be provided as it becomes available later this year.
There are three special acknowledgements this year for the UNL Band Alumni. First, it is the 40th anniversary of the Flagline. Second, the first appearance of the Alumni Band on the field came at the BAA’s second reunion, held September 19-20, 1975, with 120 in attendance. Finally, Jack Snider passed away this year. We just found out this week that the UNL Band Alumni Reunion Game will be September 5 vs. BYU. Mark your calendar for this weekend. As usual, we will not have start times until a later time. We will post more information about how to register as it becomes available.
The schedule has been approved and set for the Reunion Weekend. Thanks to an early kick-off time so the game can be televised, we will be starting the day VERY early.
