UNL Band Alumni Association Reunion Registration Now Open!

We are excited to announce that registration is officially open for the UNL Band Alumni Association’s Reunion Weekend happening September 12-13, 2025!

Join us as we celebrate 50 Years of the Flag Line. This unforgettable weekend features:

Friday Kick-off Party and annual business meeting with performance from the UNL Pep Band and dinner at Lazlo’s in the Haymarket
Halftime performance at the UNL vs. Houston Christian football game (11:00 a.m. kickoff) with the Cornhusker Marching Band

Reconnect with fellow band alumni, relive cherished memories, and make new ones!

As a reminder, sideline seating is limited to the first 250 registrants. If you do not secure a sideline seat, you are still welcome to attend by purchasing your own ticket in the stadium bowl. All alumni, regardless of seating, are invited to participate in the halftime performance.

We have confirmation that our reunion weekend will be September 9-10, 2022. The game is against Georgia Southern. Registration will open in July. Please share with other alumni and be sure to watch our website for updates and schedule at a later time.

Band Alumni Reunion Weekend- Register Now!

Registration closed August 21, 2021. Reunion information email was sent out August 28th with the music and schedule.

Football Friday

Our Friday night event will be held in conjunction with the Nebraska Alumni Association’s family-friendly event series at the Wick Alumni Center from 5-7 pm. This event is free to attend, but registration will be required. There will be Valentino’s pizza and Pepsi products for purchase. We will have a room for our meeting. Learn more…

Reserve a parking space

Parking spaces go quickly and it is highly recommended you reserve a space in advance in one of the area parking garages for the game on Saturday. Visit the City of Lincoln Parking Services webpage at parkandgo.org to reserve a space.

Football Tickets

Marching alumni do not need to purchase a football ticket but non-marching alumni and guests must purchase a ticket. You may purchase tickets online or by phone (800-8-BIGRED) from the Nebraska Athletic Ticket Office. You can also purchase tickets via StubHub, the official ticket reseller of Nebraska Athletics.

Save the Date!

We have been approved for our Band Reunion performance with the Athletic Department and Glenn Korff School of Music. Save Saturday, September 4, 2021, for our reunion. We are still in planning stages and are not we sure if there will be a Friday night event or not.

Game time is set for 11:00 a.m. CT and will be aired on FOX.
